We belong to the Genuine Orthodox, One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ.
Following the Holy Tradition of the Church, under the Omophorion of Archbishop Stephanos of Athens and all Greece, we observe and hold fast to the divine Doctrines, the sacred Canons and the Holy Tradition of the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, rejecting every religious innovation or secularization in the body of Christ, the Holy Church, that leads the people of God, willingly or unwillingly, to the evil daughter of Globalization, the Pan-Heresy of God-hating Ecumenism.
We follow the Patristic (Julian) Calendar handed down to us by the Fathers of the Church. While we are sometimes pejoratively referred to as "Old Calendarists", we affirm that nothing within the living Orthodox tradition is "old" or "outdated", including the Patristic Calendar.

The Lents of the Year
HOW TO FAST
A. Fasting on Wednesday and Friday.
Every Wednesday and Friday, throughout the year, a fast is observed, without wine and oil
[Apostolic Canon 69], except if a feast or festive season falls, in which case a waiver is permitted.
The fast on Monday is commendable, but it is not
obligatory (Note by St. Pedalius, p. 93).
B. Fasting of Great Lent (Easter).
Every week from Monday to Friday, a strict fast is observed, without wine and oil. On Wednesday and Friday, a dry fast is observed, according to one's ability. On Saturday and Sunday, the consumption of wine and oil is permitted. The consumption of fish is permitted only on the feast of the Annunciation of the Theotokos (March 25).
C. Fast of the Holy Apostles.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday without wine and oil.
Tuesday and Thursday there is a cathalization of wine and oil. On Saturday and Sunday, the cathalization of fish is permitted.
D. Fast of the Virgin Mary (August 15th).
From Monday to Friday without wine and oil. On Saturday and Sunday there is a catalisis of wine and oil. Catalisis of fish is permitted only on the day of the feast of the Transfiguration of the Savior (August 6th).
E. Christmas Fast.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday without wine and oil.
Tuesday and Thursday with wine and oil.
Saturday
and Sunday with fish. Traditionally with fish. Fish is permitted from the feast of the Entrance until the Sunday before or on the feast of Saint Spyridon.
F. Fasts of feasts.
A strict fast is observed, without wine and oil, on the following feasts:
1. The Eve of the Epiphany (January 5)
.
2. The Beheading of the Head of the Holy Forerunner (August 29).
3. The Exaltation of the Holy Cross (September 14).
4. The Eve of the Nativity of Christ (December 24).
If the above feasts fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the consumption of wine and oil is permitted.
G. Fasting of Clean and Holy Week.
During Clean and Holy Week, the strictest fast of all is observed, with a dry diet or even a "ninth" on each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Especially on Good Friday, and if a feast falls on which the consecration of wine and oil is prescribed, the consecration is not performed.
